Q. I have answering all the questions on about "is it 2008 where you live" and I have been writing No :( 6 more hours. Well I was just thinking...Why am I writing this??? I dont want 2007 to end! How many people dont want it to be a new year??

What happens to the 2008 tax rebate advance if I end up owing taxes on my 2008 return?
Q. So, I normally owe about $500 in taxes after I do my return each year. If I get the $600 check, will I end up owing $1,100 (my normal $500 plus that $600 advance) in taxes for 2008 or will it still be closer to my regular $500 owed?

A. As far as we know, they are not going to make us pay it back next year. But also as far as we know there has not been an official determination, they could possibly, make us pay it back, if they don't think we put enough of it back into the economy, since that's what they want us to do, to "Stimulate" the economy. But I don't think it's very likely. However, the stimulus tax rebate can be used to pay off what you owe for this year. If you haven't paid off the $500 by the time the stimulus payment is issued they will most likely take most of it to pay off your debt and you would get what's left (if any). A. ^ chick cars that can beat your neo geo. there honestly isn't much difference between the 09 and 08 tc. i think they moved the exhuast back a few inches, did something new with the body, and thats all i can recall. they are essentially the same with just minor adjustments here and there, so i would say go for the 08. it is cheaper and basically the same - same amount of hp, gas mileage, internals, etc. only difference is cosmetics.

How can I use Windows Server 2008 to created user accounts over a home network?
Q. I have a copy of Windows Server 2008 (not WHS) and I want to know whether I can create user acount(s) that can be accessed over our home network. Windows Server 2008 (includes ALL versions) is a legal copy, that I got through the MSDN Alliance. Thanks for the help.

How do you get AutoCAD 2008 to Never create a plot log file?
Q. I found the box in the settings that sais "always atomaticly create a plot log" and I deselected the box. So now about half the time I plot or everytime I create a pdf, AutoCAD creates a plot log. This just adds extra junk to my files and some of these folders are public. Is there a way to set up AutoCAD 2008 to never create a plot log?

Is the rebate really just an advance on my 2008 tax refund and not any form of one time tax relief?
Q. If not a one time reduction in taxes then at the end of 2008 I am in the same position as now with a 1200.00 check but the need to withhold 1200.00 more by the end of 2008. Is this the correct interpretation? An article by MSN Money indicated as such but this seems counterproductive.

How do you clean a Sidekick 2008 s rollerball?
Q. I just bought a Sidekick 2008 from T-Mobil a little less then a month ago and the rollerball is starting to catch. It s just not rolling at all like it use to. That is, "a qualifying child is an individual under age 17 residing with the taxpayer for more than half of 2007. The individual may be the taxpayer's child or sibling (or a descendant of one of them, such as a grandchild or niece) or foster child." Personally, I dislike this answer as much as I suspect you will. I have three children, one in college and two in high school, but two of them are 17 or over, so they don't qualify for the Child Tax… [cont.]

How do you insert slides in Powerpoint 2008 from an outline file?
Q. Or simply how do you format an outline file. I've tried selecting an RTF formatted with indents and importing it into Powerpoint 2008 but it doesn't seem to be working.

A. PowerPoint can open and save files that were in Outline format saved as .rtf. Use File > Open. In the Enable pop-up choose either All Outlines or All Files. When saving as outline use File > Save As. In the format pop-up choose Outline/ Rich Text Format (.rtf)

A. PowerPoint can open and save files that were in Outline format saved as .rtf. Use File > Open. In the Enable pop-up choose either All Outlines or All Files. When saving as outline use File > Save As. In the format pop-up choose Outline/ Rich Text Format (.rtf)

What's the difference between the T-mobile Sidekick 2008 and the Tony Hawk?
Q. Ok I want to get a sidekick but which one should i get? What's the difference between the T-mobile Sidekick 2008 and the Tony Hawk? I know that Tony Hawk has video but are there any other differences? Can you also switch the cases for the hawk like you do on the other sidekick? Is there another sidekick coming out soon that i should wait for?

A. I think you should get the sidekick 2008 because you could switch the shells which you can't do on the Tony Hawk sidekick and for your third question the sidekick 2008 also has video it was the first sidekick with the video thing the tony hawk one gets it by ota updates.Ok differences between the sidekicks first of all sidekick 2008 is smaller it cant can change its shell unlike the tony hawk one.The tony hawk sidekick is exactly like the sidekick lx.The tony hawk sidekick has a bigger screen and a for the camera but has only a 1.3 megapixal camera while the 08 has a 2 megapixel camera but doesn't has flash.for price the 08 is 200 w/o a contarct i think and 150 with a contract.the tony hawk one is like 300 something w/o contarct and i dont… [cont.]

How will the current economic stimulus package effect our 2008 tax filing ?
Q. Will the economic stimulus result in lower tax refunds for the 2008 tax year. I guess I am trying to say, is it a advance on our refund or just a "freebie" from the Gov. I am also assuming it will be counted as tax free income?
