Q. My niece accussed her mothers boyfriend of touching her and doing things with her, she is 14. This was the Friday before Thanksgiving, They took her out of the home and placed her in a residential treatment facility. The only person aloud to visit her is her mother and she will not go and see her because she doesn't believe it happened. I have contacted CYS 7 times and left messages telling them I support her (my niece) and I would like to see her even if it has to be a supervised visit. They will not call me back. They have not called the police as of yet to report this. Over the summer the accuseds brother done the same things to her and he was arrested for it and admitted it.
