A. Economy...McCain has better ideas here. Cutting taxes has ALWAYS increased federal revenue, but the federal government has always spent the increase and more. McCain wants to cut taxes AND cut spending. Obama and Clinton want to increase taxes and spending. This will reduce federal revenue by cutting jobs, and will send the deficit out of control. War on terror. Hillary and Obama are either foolish enough to cut-n-run in Iraq, leaving Iran to overrun Iraq and cause mayhem in the middle east. More likely, they are just lying about cutting out, and would change their tune after the election. John McCain is telling the truth about Iraq. How many states have Immigration issues on the November ballot?
Q. What states are voting about this issue and are these laws going to make life tougher or easier for illegals in these states? Why is ESL now going to be taught to immigrants for a certain number of years in the hopes that they learn to speak English?Can anyone please post a list of each state that is voting on Immigration issues and what's are stake for taxpayers?Or even the illegals?

A. First it a money drain on the schools to add ESL to their programs, it a wrong to add this to train illegals that are not paying taxes to start with. Think it be hard to find what on each ballot of each state at this time. unless you want to go to each state, i would think they may not know yet either.

Q. As the question states, what are the moral and ethical issues with teenage binge drinking and why is it an issue? What are your thoughts? sorry forgot to add, im not saying drinking is bad just im curious (for a school assignment) as to what the ethics behind it are. I'm not talking about a drink or two when people go out but an overload of drinks to get purposely drunk

A. Binge drinking at any age is not recommended, and those that are younger, are more likely to lead a very different life if they get stuck in a culture of excessive drinking at an early age. In the Uk, it is all too common, and out drinking laws are a little more relaxed than those in the USA, which can make it much easier to obtain drink. Generally this behaviour falls into two areas, it is harmful only to the individual and they have to suffer the consequences alone, or it turns into anti-social behaviour that then affects others, sometime leaving innocent victims of violence.
