I would be responsible for providing information and support to 11 - 25 year olds. Helping them contact other agencies, etc, etc. I have the interview. It will be 45 minutes long and I will be required to take a 10 minute written exercise on the following topic "Devise a scheme of work for delivery of informal advice sessions to young people" Now I am stumped. I have no idea what this question means tbh. I am wondering if I could answer this question with saying, "I would ask the user group what information/advice they would like, and then arranging for a guest speaker relevent to the… [cont.]

Your interviewer will see you as a person who is on the ball intellectually as well as in the area of thorough follow-through if you call back and say something like, "I want a little clarification on this question; I understand it to mean 'blablabla'. Is this correct, or is there more desired?" The areas to cover would be mental, physical and emotional (spiritual can be addressed from there if desired). Collect literature from agencies providing these services and have them on hand for display to your teens. Also provide info on places for teens to volunteer, as having a responsibility within the community can be instrumental in kids taking a step forward in the management of their own healing.
